You are signed up for Prestige Recruits training. Now its time to prepare for the next level, follow these steps to assure a good productive workout.

  1. Start hydrating 24 hrs before your workout session.
  2. Don’t eat heavy foods within 60 min of your workout.
  3. Bring Water/Gatorade/Powerade to your session.
  4. Come 10 min early.
  5. Wear Athletic Clothes (Shorts & T-Shirt)
  6. BRING CLEATS (Turf Field)
