- Start hydrating 24 hrs before your workout session.
- Don’t eat heavy foods within 60 min of your workout.
- Bring Water/Gatorade/Powerade to your session.
- Come 10 min early.
- Wear Athletic Clothes (Shorts & T-Shirt)
- BRING CLEATS (Turf Field)
